Welcome to the R Bowles Group.  Here you'll find my "take" on life as I see it.  Obviously you'll agree or disagree but we'll have fun learning from each other along the way.

After living 15 years in the Nashville area, my wife and I have recently moved to Texas.  I had spent 8 years in Waco before moving to Nashville.  I forgot how windy it is here and can't wait to live through the hot humidity of Texas summers (yea right).

In Nashville I had the privilege of working with some of the most creative people: artists, music executives, marketing guru's and musicians.   When I first left Waco, now almost 16 years ago, to head to NashVegas, I had no grand scheme or great vision of the future, just knew that was where God was leading me.  Radio was my first stop, then starting my own promotion biz, to record label marketing and on and on.  Although I wasn't real excited about moving to Nashville, it soon became home and the music biz became quite a thrill. Through it all my wife and I have met some great friends and leaving Nashville was not an easy decision.  But thanks to modern technology, communicating is not hard, just making it priority is the fun part.

Now I find myself  with an incredible new adventure waiting me- communicating the efforts of a small staff to a big city-what God is doing in middle schools, high schools and colleges throughout greater Dallas, TX.

The experiences I've had over a short lifetime have launched me to a passion that is just starting to bloom.  Stay tooned......
